Delivery Times

Our average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days. Timelines may vary depending on destination and product availability. In case of delays caused by high demand or logistical factors, we will promptly notify you by email.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. To avoid delays or lost packages, please make sure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at:

Orders with Incorrect Address

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Castelli NewYork is not responsible for losses caused by errors in the address provided by the customer.

Uncollected Orders

If a package is not collected within the time limit set by the courier (generally 5–7 days), it will be returned to us. In this case:

• The package may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

• No refunds will be issued for packages refused or not collected without prior notice.

Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused by the customer without valid justification or prior notice, no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you need to modify or postpone your delivery.
