Delivery Times
Our average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days. Timelines may vary depending on destination and product availability. In case of delays caused by high demand or logistical factors, we will promptly notify you by email.
Shipping Address

Orders with Incorrect Address
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Castelli NewYork is not responsible for losses caused by errors in the address provided by the customer.
Uncollected Orders
If a package is not collected within the time limit set by the courier (generally 5–7 days), it will be returned to us. In this case:

Refused Packages
