1. Return Period

You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address

• Reason for the request

• Preference between exchange or refund

• Any relevant product photos

Once we receive your request, our team will send you all necessary instructions, including the return address.

2. Conditions for Acceptance

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with tags attached

If these conditions are not met, Castelli NewYork reserves the right to refuse the return.

3. Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Wrong size chosen if the size guide was not consulted

• Minor differences (1–3 cm) due to production

• Damage occurring after delivery

• Subjective expectations regarding style, color, or fabric

• Delivery delays (times provided are estimates, not guarantees)

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• A trackable shipping service (track & trace) must be used

• The tracking code must be emailed to info@castelli-newyork.com

• Without a tracking code, we cannot guarantee a refund

5. Shipping

Our products are shipped directly from our international logistics center.
This allows us to offer a wider range of items, exclusive collections, and competitive prices, while still serving customers worldwide without compromising quality.

6. Alternative Solutions

We understand that international return costs can sometimes be high. In such cases, our team may evaluate alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction without requiring the physical return of the product. Contact us, and we will find the most convenient option for you.

7. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or model. Once the original product has been received and verified, we will ship the new item.

8. Refunds

In the event of an error or defect, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
